Salon at Seville Rd is open Tuesday to Friday. All other Days by appointment. It
offers classy, up to date styles & great service & Pensioner Specials. MooCafe & Dutch Toko open same times. Suitable
for small business meetings.
We will serve food & German Cakes from the end of May.
Our Health clinic is open Monday - Saturday
by appointment. It offers professional treatment and advice relating to all pain and injury matters. Specializing
in Frozen Shoulder, Migraines, Hip and Knee dysfunctions, Remedial Massages & Nutritional Deficiencies.
Haven't been able to get better and seen many specialists or therapists? Maybe we can make a difference.
Our aim is to look at causative factors of dysfunctions and pain. We don't isolate problems. We can help improve
athletic performance.
We use our own unique NSST therapy. Bones, Muscles,
Nerves, Circulation, Nutrition and Emotional factors will be considered in the assessment of dysfunction and pain.

Claudia has been involved
in sport since early childhood. She had her own clinic since 2000 and had great results in her practice. Due
to her own experience with injuries she developed a new treatment approach, which integrates all aspects of body functions.
Injuries can't be looked at in isolation when it comes to rehabilitation and prevention.
Claudia specializes
in NSST, a treatment that incorporates structural, nutritional and emotional aspects for treatment & healing of dysfunctions.
We're all individuals, and so we all require a different treatment approach.

In our seminars we teach you the basic facts about injury
prevention in children, adults, adolescence, youth and the elderly.
We teach sports specific strength, conditioning,
explosive power, speed, agility & endurance. We come to your club for 2 hour sessions, for all age groups
